This pack has been designed for anyone who may be recovering from or looking to prevent a patella-femoral injury to the knee. You may be suffering from patella malttracking following knee surgery, or simply having trouble going up and down stairs or experiencing restricted movement when squatting/lunging it contains all of the tape you will require to properly strap and support these areas.
